Policies & Guidelines

  • Suggested 75-100 guests per bartender.
  • 50% of payment required to confirm booking. 
  • 100% payment required 2 weeks prior to event.
  • Up to100% refund if cancelled > 2 weeks prior to event.
  • Up to 50% of total cost refunded if cancelled 13 days - 7 days 
    prior to event.
  • No refund for cancellations made < 7 days prior to event. 
  • Bartenders will check IDs as needed.
  • The Rolling Cork is only responsible for cleaning up the bar space only and is not responsible for cleaning other areas or trash receptacles.
  • All events are required to have a minimum of 2 bar staff present. Unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Holiday fees will apply for events held on or near US Federal Holidays
  • Services booked less than 60 days prior to the event are subject to expedited  pricing.
  • Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any person. 
  • Please note The Rolling Cork does not provide/sell alcohol.
  • The Rolling Cork may provide guidance when choosing your alcohol, as well as picking up/delivering orders as needed.
  • All quotes and estimates are only valid for 30 days from the date received.
  • A Travel Fee will be applied to any event outside of a 60 mile radius from The Rolling Cork's Business Office in Murfreesboro, TN.
  • The Rolling Cork reserves the right to cancel any agreed upon services at any point in time.
