Policies & Guidelines

Suggested 75-100 guests per bartender.

50% of payment required to confirm booking.

100% payment required 2 weeks prior to event.

Up to100% refund if cancelled > 2 weeks prior to event.

Up to 50% of total cost refunded if cancelled 13 days - 7 days
prior to event. -
No refund for cancellations made < 7 days prior to event.

Bartenders will check IDs as needed.

The Rolling Cork is only responsible for cleaning up the bar space only and is not responsible for cleaning other areas or trash receptacles.

All events are required to have a minimum of 2 bar staff present. Unless otherwise agreed upon.

Holiday fees will apply for events held on or near US Federal Holidays

Services booked less than 60 days prior to the event are subject to expedited pricing.

Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any person.

Please note The Rolling Cork does not provide/sell alcohol.

The Rolling Cork may provide guidance when choosing your alcohol, as well as picking up/delivering orders as needed.

All quotes and estimates are only valid for 30 days from the date received.

A Travel Fee will be applied to any event outside of a 60 mile radius from The Rolling Cork's Business Office in Murfreesboro, TN.

The Rolling Cork reserves the right to cancel any agreed upon services at any point in time.
